I am a Paul Mitchell Graduate also certified in Cezanne Keratin, K-18, an IGK Pro, and a Color FANATIC. I am multicultural so working with all hair types come natural to me. A 72 hour cancellation notice is required. -No exceptions- A 50% fee will be applied to canceled/rescheduled appointments AFTER 72hr notice.-If you cannot cancel on your own, fee is in effect- * 24hour or less, a 100% of services booked will be charged. State emergencies and covid 19 illness, fees are exempt. All fees will be collected at the end of the work day. If fees cannot be processed, booking privileges will be denied. *Studio 327 respects your time and we do our best to make sure each appointment is designed for your comfort. If you are going to be more than 10min late please contact the salon. After 15min your appointment may be forfeited. -Late Fees may apply- *Deposits are Required for some services. They are NON REFUNDABLE. Deposits will go towards your service and deposits are good for ONE rescheduling. *At check out please make ALL tips via Cash, or payment apps.
